We were referred to Kate by a friend, she said that Kate was very professional. So when it was time for us to move from Guelph to Port Elgin, we contacted Kate and boy did she have her hands full dealing with us! In the summer of 2013 we came up every other weekend and went with Kate to see everything that was in our price range on the market – it was a tight market that summer. She never lost her patience with us and was nothing but cheerful and just a delight to spend time with. She had to “talk me off the ledge” on more than one occasion!
