Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with. We started working with Kate in the summer of 2017, we had recently moved back to Ontario and had minimal knowledge about the housing market in Bruce County. Kate was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered any and all questions we had. After seeing several houses over a months time Kate found us a great house that hit nearly everything on our list.
