I would recommend Kate to anyone that is looking for a fantastic real estate agent. As others have said, Kate is positive, friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Kate for about a year searching for that perfect home for us – a couple downsizing! She asked the right questions and helped us focus on what we really needed/wanted in a home. She always arrived with a smile and knew about the area we were looking at. I thought I wanted to live in Port Elgin but she suggested we give Southampton a try and she was right.
