We recently bought a cottage in Southampton and were very happy with the service Kate and Nicole provided. Being life-long residents and visitors of the area, they have an intimate knowledge of Southampton and were so pleasant to work with. They showed us only those properties that we would be interested in and gave honest feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of each property, as well as a fair assessment of the selling price. Post-sale, they were invaluable in providing the names of services we may need and recommendations for those services.
